Talisker Mountain Realty is putting its best face forward as it launches a full-service brokerage firm with an integrated team of more than 10 associates in four affiliate sales galleries that represent some of Park City’s most prestigious real estate holdings.
“With the change in the way consumers are behaving in America, we felt it was important to support the value of the entire community in order to be successful as a developer,” explains Talisker Mountain Realty Senior Vice President of Real Estate, Bill Fiveash, who moved to Park City from a decade of selling luxury holdings in Tahoe, California. “We’re here to make sure all real estate in Park City has a healthy, vibrant market. We wanted to operate as a hybrid brokerage/developer sales team to satisfy that need… [and] focus on Park City communities with which we do development.”
Talisker Mountain Realty’s four sales galleries are located in and around Park City. The largest office lies in the heart of the main resort village at Canyons Resort, with a smaller affiliate branch inside the lobby of Waldorf Astoria Park City – which was acquired by Talisker Mountain Incorporated in early 2010.
