Canyons has always been big. Now, Canyons is grand. Eight mountains, six natural half-pipes, five bowls, 17 lifts and over 3,700 skiable acres – it’s a lot, but today there’s more of the essential lift connections and gathering places that tie all the bigness together to make it one grand place to live, ski and play. 2010 is the year of Canyons, and our ever-more-amazing resort village is at the heart of a veritable blizzard of ideas and improvements. A new gondola portal mid-village makes most Canyons residences ski-in, ski-out, whisking guests halfway up the mountain to the Red Pine Lodge. The hot new Orange Bubble Express, with its heated seats and cool technology is another new route that puts mid-mountain or peak destinations at the village doorstep, while rocketing riders more than three quarters up the mountain in less than nine minutes. And with the new Ski Beach and the Canyons Club après ski nest, along with a host of other gathering places, shops and services, village life has never looked, felt, tasted or skied better.

The Colony, offering North America’s largest ski-in, ski-out homesites, is located slopeside just upslope from the village.
