This trail recently opened in August and shares a trailhead with Spiro, which is next to the Silver Star village at Park City Resort. This past week I headed over to Lower Deer Valley and explored the different trails there. I ended up taking a combination of the Solamere trail and the Snow Top trail. It made for a great intermediate level riding loop. The trail at the start of the ride has some good climbing and uphill switchbacks. About Seventy-Eight degrees and cool mountain breezes make for an irresistible perfect summer temperature. The Lost Prospector loop is a perfect beginner to intermediate ride.
