Exciting additions for the 2011/2012 ski season at Canyons Resort includes new restaurants, shops, services, and stage entertainment.
In our efforts to make Canyons Resort THE premier ski destination in North America, we have worked very hard to continue our re-creation efforts for an unrivaled mountain experience. Here are just a few of our exciting new additions:
- Talisker Club members will now enjoy day use of Canyons Club amenities and services.
- Canyons Club introduces private lockers next to Alpine House, and an exclusive yurt dining room adjacent to Lookout Cabin.
- The Waldorf Astoria Park City proudly announces the opening of “Slopes by Talisker”—a Talisker Restaurant Collection addition that celebrates Rocky Mountain fare at its finest.
- Bistro at Canyons will open in mid-December in Silverado Lodge, a short shuttle ride from Grand Summit Hotel in Canyons Resort Village—the first and only certified Kosher restaurant open all season long at any resort in the nation.
- Red Tail Grill has an expanded dining room, a new kitchen, and a fantastic menu.
- The Umbrella Bar has an expanded deck and restrooms and has also joined forces with the Drift Cart, offering signature burgers and a great selection of beer, wine and cocktails. .
- The Resort Village now features a stage for movies and live performances with animation being our key entertainment focus this season.
- Village expansion includes upgraded seating, receptacles, landmarks, and greatly enhanced lighting.
